🚀 We're Hiring: AI Learning Specialist | Wizdi AI | Yavne, Israel (Hybrid)

Most educational content is still built the old way — static, generic, forgettable. We're changing that.

At Wizdi AI, we create AI-powered teaching agents, interactive digital books, and personalized learning experiences for K-12 students across Israel and worldwide.

We're an approved digital content provider by Israel's Ministry of Education, leading some of the most ambitious EdTech projects alongside the Israel Innovation Authority — and backed by Google Accelerator programs.

The Role

We're looking for someone sharp, curious, and fast — someone who can take any subject, understand it deeply, and turn it into a learning experience that actually sticks.

This is not a design role. This is not a dev role. This is a thinking role. You'll take complex educational content, break it down, and use every AI tool available to create something no textbook could ever deliver. You'll also build and shape AI teaching agents — defining how they think, respond, and guide students.

What You'll Own:

• Taking raw educational content and transforming it into engaging, intelligent learning experiences — across any subject, any age group
• Building and shaping AI teaching agents — defining their behavior, tone, and pedagogical approach
• Using the full AI toolkit — text, image, video, animation — to bring learning to life at a level that doesn't exist yet
• Setting the standard for what AI-powered education looks like at Wizdi

What You Bring:

• A sharp mind — you grasp new subjects quickly, spot what matters, and know how to make it land
• Exceptional writing skills — you can make anything clear, engaging, and impossible to ignore
• 2-3 years of experience creating educational or instructional content with AI tools
• Hands-on experience building AI agents — in Gemini, GPTs, or similar platforms
• Fluency across AI tools — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Flow — you know what each one is best at and you use them daily
• The hunger to stay at the cutting edge — you test new tools the day they launch, not when someone tells you to
• Strong visual sense — you care about how content is experienced, not just what it says
• Hebrew and English
• Based within commuting distance of Yavne

A Plus:

• Background in education or pedagogy
• Experience creating content for K-12 students
