Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Event Producer located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Event Producer will be responsible for planning and executing events from conception to completion, managing projects, coordinating logistics, and overseeing budgets. The role involves close collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure events are completed on time, within budget, and with high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Demonstrated expertise in event planning, organization, and logistics management
• Experience in budgeting and financial planning for events, including cost control
• Proficiency in event management and project management to ensure seamless delivery
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
• Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
• Familiarity with event technologies and software tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, or a related field preferred
