About the job- International Customer Success & Operations Coordinator
An exciting opportunity to join Naveh Pharma, a leading healthcare company, part of a successful global group.
Naveh Pharma, established in 1996, specializes in advanced R&D, manufacturing, and distribution of innovative pharmaceutical and healthcare products. Our products are marketed globally, primarily as private label solutions in collaboration with leading pharmaceutical companies, and distributed across multiple healthcare channels including pharmacies, hospitals, and HMOs.
The International Customer Success & Operations Coordinator role is a key position within our organization, connecting global customers with our internal teams and supporting business growth through operational excellence and outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ongoing communication with international clients, distributors, and business partners
- Provide timely, professional support regarding orders, shipments, and products
- Handle the end-to-end order process, including coordination with all relevant stakeholders
- Drive repeat orders and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
- Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure product availability, production timelines, and delivery schedules
- Monitor order and shipment status, proactively updating customers
- Lead resolution of exceptions such as delays, shortages, or logistical challenges
- Collaborate with Regulatory teams to support product compliance across different markets
- Assist in product launches in international markets
- Support the execution of the international sales plan and prepare regular reports (orders, sales, forecasts)
- Maintain accurate data in ERP systems.
Position Requirements:
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Sales Operations, Export Coordination, or similar roles
- Hands-on experience working with international clients – חובה
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Experience in pharma, nutraceuticals, or healthcare – a strong advantage
- Experience with ERP systems (Priority) – advantage
- Strong Excel skills – advantage
- Understanding of supply chain and export processes – advantage
- Familiarity with international regulatory requirements – advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive approach with a commercial mindset
