A leading industrial company in the environmental services sector (recycling, wastewater treatment, sustainability) is looking for a Business Development & Strategic Projects Manager for a key, high-impact role.

This is a unique opportunity to combine business growth, complex projects, and real environmental impact.

What you’ll do:

• Lead business development initiatives and expand activity in the environmental sector

• Identify, evaluate, and advance new business opportunities

• Drive strategic, cross-functional projects from concept through execution

• Own and lead tender processes end-to-end

• Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders

• Lead negotiations, partnerships, and commercial engagements

• Prepare analyses, materials, and recommendations for senior management

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience in business development, project management, tenders, or complex commercial roles

• Strong analytical skills (financial & commercial analysis)

• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects

• Ability to drive stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

• Strong business mindset with hands-on execution capabilities

• High level of independence, organization, and attention to detail

• Excellent written and presentation skills

• Strong AI literacy and ability to leverage AI tools in daily work

• Relevant Master’s degree – advantage

• Experience in industrial / environmental / infrastructure sectors – strong advantage

• Passion or affinity for sustainability and environmental impact – advantage
