Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Representative, located in the Center District of Israel with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, managing customer accounts, handling sales-related inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves fostering strong relationships with clients and supporting business growth initiatives through effective sales processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales and Account Management, demonstrating the ability to manage client relationships and meet sales targets.
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to provide outstanding support and ensure positive client experiences.
• Proven ability in Lead Generation to identify potential clients and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for successfully managing customer interactions and collaborating with teams.
• Relevant experience in the technology, electronics, or related sectors is a strong advantage.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
