We’re looking for a RF/ Hardware Tester for our teams in the Defence industry.

This is a full-time position in Netanya.

Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting and repair of RF and digital electronic boards down to component level.
• Work with advanced testing equipment (e.g., Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer).
• Analyze technical drawings and documentation (schematics, work instructions).
• Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams.
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and documentation.
• Support system-level diagnostics and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Practical Electronics Technician certification (or equivalent).
• At least 2-4 years of hands-on experience in electronic board repair (RF/Digital).
• Strong system-level understanding and analytical skills.
• Experience working with testing equipment (Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, etc).
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation.
• Good English proficiency (reading and writing).
• High level of self-discipline, responsibility, and teamwork.

 Advantages:

• Military experience (preferably in Signal Corps).
• Experience with Python / MATLAB.
• Familiarity with Jira.
• Previous team leadership experience.
• Knowledge or exposure to AI technologies.
