At Equashield, we are pioneers in hazardous drug safety, transforming how healthcare providers handle and administer medication through advanced pharmacy automation and robotic systems.
We are looking for a Technical Buyer to lead complex commercial engagements and drive high‑impact procurement activities.
Key Responsibilitie
- sIdentify, source, and manage existing and new suppliers in Israel and internationally
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes – from demand identification through delivery and payment
- Conduct supplier negotiations and manage commercial agreements
- Improve and streamline procurement processes and purchasing systems
- Drive cost-reduction initiatives and continuously monitor market trends
- Provide ongoing solutions to operational and supply chain challenges
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher – required
- Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement.
- Proven experience in supplier negotiations and contract management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Experience collaborating with R&D teams on new product development (NPI), including sourcing of technical components such as cable assemblies, electronic components, and machined parts – advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- High level of English – both written and spoken.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Experience working with ERP systems.
