Technical Buyer

At Equashield, we are pioneers in hazardous drug safety, transforming how healthcare providers handle and administer medication through advanced pharmacy automation and robotic systems.

We are looking for a Technical Buyer to lead complex commercial engagements and drive high‑impact procurement activities.

Key Responsibilitie

• sIdentify, source, and manage existing and new suppliers in Israel and internationally
• Lead end-to-end procurement processes – from demand identification through delivery and payment
• Conduct supplier negotiations and manage commercial agreements
• Improve and streamline procurement processes and purchasing systems
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives and continuously monitor market trends
• Provide ongoing solutions to operational and supply chain challenges
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher – required
• Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement.
• Proven experience in supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable conclusions.
• Experience collaborating with R&D teams on new product development (NPI), including sourcing of technical components such as cable assemblies, electronic components, and machined parts – advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• High level of English – both written and spoken.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Experience working with ERP systems.
