Project Manager

As a Project Manager in Digital Development, you’ll manage complex E2E projects- from initiation through design, development, testing, and production rollout- within a dynamic enterprise environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead cross-organizational digital projects that impact both internal processes and customer-facing platforms, while working closely with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end (E2E) technological and application development projects
• Manage project initiation, planning, execution, QA, and production phases
• Work cross-functionally with development, QA, InfoSec, and operations teams
• Oversee budgets, scope, schedules, and work plans
• Manage risks and lead steering committees and management forums
• Break down projects into MVPs and deliver results aligned with business goals
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across business and technology units
• Utilize professional project management tools (MS Project, Jira)

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience managing large-scale development projects- Must
• Experience managing projects in large enterprise organization-Must
• Experience in financial / regulated organizations (banking, insurance, fintech)- Must
• Proven experience in matrix management of multidisciplinary teams- Must
• Experience leading steering committees, managing budgets, timelines, and quality-Must
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• High proficiency in MS Project and Jira
• Solid technical understanding of systems, integrations, and architecture- Strong Advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems- Advantage
