NTI is looking for a hands-on Assembly, Soldering and Integration Technician to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for assembly of electronic and mechanical systems, cable work, soldering, final integration, and support of prototype and production builds. We are looking for someone practical, accurate, and detail-oriented, with good technical skills and a responsible approach to quality.
Key responsibilities:
• Assembly of electronic and mechanical products
• Soldering of wires, connectors, and electronic components
• Cable preparation, crimping, routing, and harness integration
• Mechanical integration of assemblies into final products
• Performing rework, repairs, and adjustments when needed
• Supporting prototype builds and low-to-medium volume production
• Working according to drawings, BOMs, work instructions, and quality requirements
• Performing basic testing and reporting assembly issues
Requirements:
• Experience in electronics assembly and soldering
• Good technical hands and attention to detail
• Ability to read drawings, diagrams, and assembly instructions
• Experience with cable harnesses, connectors, crimping, and integration
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
• Commitment to high quality workmanship
Advantage:
• Experience with IPC standards
• Experience in ruggedized electronic systems, control systems, or similar products
• Experience with prototype work and multidisciplinary integration
