We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global gaming company. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in leading end-to-end recruitment processes and identifying and engaging top talent across creative, technical, and business functions.
The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for identifying potential candidates, the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders, strong understanding of the gaming industry landscape, and most importantly, have a can-do approach and positive energy.
Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and role requirements
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Own the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and screening to offer acceptance and signing
- Advanced Sourcing: Source top talent through advanced sourcing techniques, including internet research, networking, competitive intelligence, referrals, and AI-powered tools
- Pipeline Building: Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates under tight timelines
- Market Research: Research niche domains within the gaming industry to identify ideal candidate profiles and build robust talent pools
- Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience – serve as the main point of contact, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a positive journey
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze recruitment metrics and conversion funnels to optimize strategies for continuous improvement
- Process Improvement: Proactively drive initiatives and projects to improve processes, solve bottlenecks, and enhance hiring efficiency
- Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines
- 3+ years of relevant recruiting and sourcing experiencein tech, gaming, or fast-paced startup/global environments
- Proven track record in advanced sourcing techniquesand building talent pipelines from scratch
- Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills with the ability to build trust with hiring managers and candidates
- Team player with a "can-do" attitude, willing to collaborate and contribute to our team's success
- Ability to work in an ambiguous and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements
- Data-driven mindsetwith hands-on experience analyzing conversion funnels and sourcing metrics to optimize strategies
- Strong research skills and self-driven approach– ability to quickly learn and understand unfamiliar or niche areas within the gaming industry and independently identify ideal candidate profiles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Fluent Hebrew – must; English proficiency – strong advantage
- Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS or similar applicant tracking systems
- Experience using AI-powered sourcing and recruitment tools
- Previous experience in the gaming industry or passion for gaming
- Understanding of current gaming market trends and player behaviors
- Experience recruiting for creative roles (game designers, artists, product managers)
