Senior System Analyst ( Dynamics 365 CRM )

A leading global company in the field of smart mobility and fleet management is looking for a strong, hands-on Senior Systems Analyst to take full ownership of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.

This is a high-impact, end-to-end role at the heart of the organization’s operations - combining deep business understanding with hands-on system implementation. You will play a central role in shaping, optimizing, and evolving a mission-critical CRM environment used across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex business processes and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications
• Lead hands-on configuration and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including workflows, customizations, and system settings
• Own the full lifecycle of the CRM system - from design and implementation to continuous improvement
• Serve as the go-to expert for CRM within the organization, supporting users and driving best practices
• Work closely with IT, business teams, and management to deliver scalable and effective solutions

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst - required
• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 - required
• Strong experience implementing and configuring complex systems end-to-end - required
• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to translate needs into solutions
• Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
