🚀 BI Developer & Project Manager – Qlik Expert

A leading BI and analytics consulting company is looking for an experienced BI Developer & Project Manager to join its Professional Services team.

This is a hands-on role focused on implementing and delivering Qlik-based solutions at client sites. You will become the client’s go-to expert for Qlik platforms and lead projects end-to-end – from analysis and design through backend/frontend development, implementation, and ongoing project management.

This is a project-based position. You will work directly at client sites (with hybrid flexibility depending on the project), and may move between different clients over time. Projects can last from several months to a few years, so geographical flexibility is essential.

What will you do?

• Lead full-cycle BI projects using Qlik Sense and Qlik SaaS

• Design and implement end-to-end BI solutions, including both Backend and Frontend development

• Build ETL processes and ERD schemas and load data into Qlik environments

• Write complex SQL queries and develop scalable data models

• Manage projects directly infront of customers, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, expectation alignment and delivery

• Analyze business needs and translate them into dashboards, reports, KPIs and actionable insights

• Work closely with management, business users, IT, Operations and external stakeholders

• Implement and support Qlik Cloud automations and integrations

• Work with different industries, systems and data environments across multiple client organizations

Requirements:

✔ 3+ years of hands-on experience with Qlik Sense and Qlik SaaS – must

✔ Proven experience developing both Backend and Frontend on Qlik platforms – must

✔ Strong ETL experience within Qlik environments, including data loading and modeling – must

✔ Strong experience with ERD design and complex SQL queries – must

✔ 2+ years of experience leading technology / BI projects – must

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration with Information Systems specialization, or a related field

✔ Strong business understanding and ability to work directly with clients and senior management

✔ High level of English
