We’re looking for an IT Technician to join our team, learn new things, take ownership of existing systems, and provide service to our employees.

What you’ll do:

• Provide best-in-class support to our employees in HQ Tel Aviv Office.
• Ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and response to relevant technical issues in company facilities.
• Immediate support employees from home through remote takeover and training.
• Configure and maintain all technical equipment, including computers, printers, switches, phones, conference rooms, TVs, and back-office systems.
• Assistance in inventory monitoring, planning, and execution.

Requirements:

• Experience with Windows environments (installation, configuration, troubleshooting) - A must.
• Experience with Office 365 - A must.
• Proficient in installing computer hardware/software, printers, and handling/connecting in company networks (internet, telephone, etc.) - A must
• Familiarity with network infrastructure - A must.
• High-level English (speaking, writing, and reading) - A must
• Russian at a good level -An advantage.
• Familiarity with VoIP systems - An advantage.
• Experience as a Domain Controller with Active Directory - An Advantage.
• High-level interpersonal and service skills.

Position located in Ramat HaChayal, Tel Aviv.
