ESOP, Israel's leading Trustee Services provider for mergers & acquisitions and for equity-based employee benefit plans, we are looking for an Account Manager to handle public and private companies.
*The position does not include sales*
Job Responsibilities:
- Ongoing communication with ESOP clients - public high-tech companies. Maintaining on-going contact with senior executives from these companies, ensuring excellent service
- Working with C level executives
- Managing databases and information repositories, tax calculations, handling M&A transactions, providing support, information and ongoing professional guidance
- Working with multiple interfaces, both internal and external to the organization
Requirements:
- Academic degree - mandatory, Accounting/Economics/law - advantage
- Excellent English proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with capital markets and finance - advantage
- High service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team, strong organizational skills
