Account Manager

ESOP, Israel's leading Trustee Services provider for mergers & acquisitions and for equity-based employee benefit plans, we are looking for an Account Manager to handle public and private companies.

*The position does not include sales*

Job Responsibilities:

• Ongoing communication with ESOP clients - public high-tech companies. Maintaining on-going contact with senior executives from these companies, ensuring excellent service
• Working with C level executives
• Managing databases and information repositories, tax calculations, handling M&A transactions, providing support, information and ongoing professional guidance
• Working with multiple interfaces, both internal and external to the organization

Requirements:

• Academic degree - mandatory, Accounting/Economics/law - advantage
• Excellent English proficiency
• Advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with capital markets and finance - advantage
• High service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team, strong organizational skills
• Multitasking
