What you'll do

Serve as a trusted, hands-on legal partner to the founders and teams of leading tech startups — advising on commercial agreements (sales and procurement), licensing, and the full range of business and operational legal matters.

Work closely with Legato's leadership on strategic legal matters — identifying risks early, developing creative solutions, and shaping how we serve clients at scale.

Help build the systems behind the practice — designing methodologies, building playbooks, and actively shaping how we structure and grow our legal knowledge base.

What we're looking for

3+ years practicing at an established high-tech practice in a leading Israeli or US law firm.

Strong background in tech-oriented commercial agreements — SaaS, licensing, vendor and partner deals — and fluency with how startups actually operate.

Sharp written and verbal communication — you can draft clearly, negotiate confidently, and explain legal complexity in a simple way.

Genuine curiosity about technology — you enjoy understanding how products work, not just the contracts around them.

LLB or JD from a top-tier law school; member of the Israeli Bar Association or a US State Bar.

Someone who collaborates naturally, takes ownership seriously, and wants to help build the future of legal services — not just practice law the old way.
