Information Systems Developer JB-5096

A leading project company is looking for a talented developer with a passion for technology, a high ability for self-learning, and professional maturity to solve complex challenges in an agile and dynamic environment.

The role includes:

· Technological development: Planning and developing in-depth solutions and integrations in CRM, ERP systems, and CMS platforms, combined with complementary technological tools.

· Direct work with clients: Managing the technical relationship with the client – gathering requirements, mapping needs, analyzing bugs, and providing professional and service-oriented responses throughout the entire process.

· Working with AI: Daily use of advanced AI tools to streamline work processes, automations, and improve output quality – this is a core part of the role.

· Scalability engineering: Close collaboration with project managers to translate business specifications into strong, functional, and scalable technical architecture.

· Troubleshooting: Identifying complex issues and providing creative “out-of-the-box” solutions within the system.

Requirements:

· Development background: Proven experience of at least 3 years in development within CRM and/or ERP systems – mandatory.

· Client-facing experience: Ongoing experience working with clients, including requirement specification and providing technical, service-oriented responses – mandatory.

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science / Information Systems) or service in a relevant technological military unit – a significant advantage.

· AI Mastery: Hands-on experience and ongoing work with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), including working with Skills & Agents – mandatory.

· Logical understanding: Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into system logic and development architecture.
