As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in JFrog you will...

• Develop strong and effective partnerships with hiring managers and candidates
• Drive efficiency across the hiring funnel by embedding AI tools into sourcing, screening, and evaluation processes
• Assess candidate qualifications and personality to match position requirements and the company culture
• Continuously search and deliver highly qualified candidates against open positions
• Bring a data-driven mindset to everything you do, measuring what matters and using insights to keep our hiring bar high
  
  

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in-house, preferably in a start-up company
• Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of positions at different levels of the organization
• Experience in strategic talent consulting
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and a genuine curiosity for adopting new technologies to work smarter
• Strong interpersonal skills and extensive experience conducting interviews
• Ability to thrive in a super dynamic, ever-changing environment with tight deadlines while keeping a sharp eye on details and accuracy
