At least 2 years of experience managing a SOC team
3+ years of experience in SOC or Incident Response roles
Hands-on experience with SIEM systems such as Splunk or Sentinel
Experience in Threat Hunting, cyber investigations, and alert tuning
Experience working in Cloud environments such as AWS or Azure
