What You'll Do:

• Design, operate, and optimize AI-driven production workflows for game assets (2D, 3D, animation, VFX, audio).
• Work closely with, product, operations and engineers to integrate AI tools into the production pipeline.
• Prompt-engineer and fine-tune generative AI models (image, 3D, video, voice) for consistent, game-ready output.
• Build and maintain automation pipelines that leverage AI for asset creation, iteration, and quality control.
• Evaluate and onboard new AI tools and models into the studio workflow.
• Translate creative direction into structured AI prompts, workflows, and production briefs.
• Identify production bottlenecks and solve them with AI-powered solutions.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in the gaming industry, with understanding of game production pipelines — from pre-production through shipping.
• Hands-on experience with AI generative tools (Midjourney, Replicate, elevenlabs, Runway, Meshy, or similar).
• Technical background in art or pipeline tools (Unity, Blender, or equivalent).
• Ability to build and document repeatable AI workflows that non-technical team members can follow.
• Strong prompting skills and an intuition for getting consistent, high-quality output from generative models.
• A production-oriented mindset — you care about output quality, iteration speed, and shipping.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Python or scripting for pipeline automation.
• Familiarity with 3D asset generation and AI-assisted rigging/animation tools.
• Background in VFX, animation, or game content creation.
• Portfolio demonstrating AI-assisted game or interactive content production.
• Basic familiarity with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines — understanding how game knowledge and assets can be indexed, retrieved, and used to power AI-driven workflows.
