The Missiles Systems Division is looking for an Interceptor Armament System Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide teams of system engineers and multidisciplinary engineering professionals.
- Analyze system-level processes and develop integrated system solutions.
- Lead internal and customer design reviews, and manage activities with external contractors.
- Work in fast-paced, agile development environments to deliver operational capabilities within short timelines.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Aeronautical Engineering – mandatory
- At least 5 years of experience in the development of systems and defense weapon systems – mandatory
- Experience leading teams and managing engineers – mandatory
