We’re hiring a hands-on Team Lead to shape the future of a high-scale FinTech product used by millions of users.
What you’ll be doing:- Lead and grow a FullStack Mobile-oriented engineering team (people & technical leadership)
- Own end-to-end delivery of features impacting millions of users
- Design, build, and maintain large-scale mobile and backend systems
- Define and enforce high engineering standards for performance, quality, and reliability
- Actively contribute hands-on: coding, code reviews, and architectural decisions
- Drive adoption of AI-driven development practices across SDLC and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and cross-functional engineering teams
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Strong FullStack background with significant Mobile experience
- Native mobile development experience (iOS / Android)
- Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
- Deep understanding of client-side architecture and Clean Architecture principles
- Strong experience with SwiftUI and/or Jetpack Compose
- Solid knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot
- Experience with Kafka, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS advantage), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a proactive “can-do” mindset
