We are hiring a System Engineer to join a leading Defense Systems Engineering team.

🔹 Role Overview

• Lead and take full engineering responsibility for complex multidisciplinary systems, including missiles, air defense, and radar systems

• Analyze simulations and interpret firing processes and flight control behavior

• Support and participate in test campaigns in Israel and abroad

• Define system requirements and validation processes

• Conduct performance analysis and define system-level processes

• Work with subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams

• Verify system performance through simulations and lab testing

• Develop algorithms and support their implementation from simulation to operational systems

🔹 Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Aerospace Engineering / Computer Engineering / Software Engineering / Systems Engineering – required

• M.Sc. – advantage

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering – required

• Experience with system engineering tools (DOORS, QC) – required

• Strong English skills (written and spoken)

• Proficiency in MATLAB and Excel – required

• Willingness to travel abroad occasionally
