Senior System Engineer

The Missile & Space Systems Division is seeking a Senior System Engineer to lead end-to-end engineering in air defense projects. This is a senior and highly impactful role that combines deep engineering expertise, broad system-level thinking, and professional leadership of multidisciplinary expert teams at the forefront of global technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the system and physical mission requirements of the warhead.
• Lead multi-disciplinary system engineering and integrate complex system-level solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for teams of algorithm developers, physicists, software, and hardware engineers.
• Oversee integration, testing, and system readiness for operational deployment.
• Hold full engineering responsibility for the warhead system.
• Address advanced defense challenges and emerging threats.
• Make a significant impact on strategic system and technology decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electro-Optics Engineering, Aeronautics Engineering, or Physics.-Mandatory
• Approximately 10 years of experience in multi-disciplinary system engineering with a broad system-level perspective. -Mandatory
• Proven technical excellence and ability to solve complex engineering challenges.
• Strong leadership skills, decision-making ability, and experience driving expert teams.
