What you’ll be doing:

• Manage and support end-to-end financial operations, including collections, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Operate and monitor credit, loan, and investment transactions (including private debt, real estate, and funds)
• Set up and maintain transactions in internal systems and ensure ongoing accuracy
• Perform ongoing controls, reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring
• Analyze performance, investigate variances, and support decision-making processes
• Prepare reports and insights for internal stakeholders, including senior management

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in financial operations, back office, credit operations, or investment operations
• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
• Good communication skills in both Hebrew and English
