Change Management Partner

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Change Management Partner to lead organizational change initiatives and support business transformation efforts. If you thrive on guiding people through transformation and influencing stakeholders — this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and manage end-to-end change management processes for organizational initiatives
• Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and communications
• Partner with teams across the organization to drive alignment and engagement
• Anticipate challenges and turn resistance into momentum
• Support leadership and stakeholders throughout the change lifecycle
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings

What you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in change management / organizational development
• Proven track record of leading complex change initiatives
