AI Engineer

We are looking for an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions, with a strong focus on applied AI, large language models (LLMs), and automation workflows.

The role involves building scalable AI components, integrating them into production systems, and optimizing for accuracy, performance, and cost efficiency.

This is a fully remote position (based in Israel), collaborating closely with a global engineering team across multiple time zones

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML-powered solutions for real-world applications
• Integrate LLMs and AI services into production workflows
• Build prompt-driven and API-based AI applications
• Implement intelligent routing (rule-based vs AI-based decisioning)
• Optimize AI usage for performance, accuracy, and cost (token efficiency)
• Develop evaluation frameworks (e.g., LLM-based validation / scoring)
• Work with engineering teams to integrate AI into scalable systems
• Monitor and improve AI model performance in production

Required Skills & Experience (Must Have)

• 3–6+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering or Applied AI
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Claude or similar)
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI workflow design
• Familiarity with REST APIs and system integration
• Understanding of model evaluation, tuning, and performance optimization

Nice to Have

• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
• Exposure to vector databases and embeddings
• Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of data pipelines or distributed systems
