💡 About the RoleGENECIT, in collaboration with a leading defense company in Haifa (Matam), is looking for an ECAD Engineer to join a dynamic hardware engineering environment.
This role involves working closely with electronics engineers and supporting real development processes using advanced ECAD tools.
On a daily basis, you will:
- Work directly with engineers on design-related tasks and requests
- Use ECAD tools such as OrCAD for schematic work and design support
- Perform checks, fixes, and improvements on electronic designs
- Gain in-depth exposure to PCB design processes and electronic systems
This is less of a pure development role and more focused on design support, problem-solving, and technical analysis within complex engineering environments.
🎯 What We’re Looking For- Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (or Practical Engineer)
- Experience or academic exposure to ECAD tools (e.g., OrCAD, Cadence)
- Understanding of electronic circuits and schematics
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work methodically with complex systems
- Team player with strong communication skills
Advantages:
