We're Hiring: Financial Controller | Hybrid | Ramat GanAt Lead Financial Management, we don't just provide outsourced finance — we become a true part of your team. We partner with high-growth Hi-Tech and startup companies, delivering hands-on financial expertise that drives real business impact.As we continue to grow, we're looking for a sharp and motivated Financial Controller to join our team.What you'll do:

• Prepare financial, solo and consolidated, tax and other reports, according to the US-GAAP, IFRS and Israeli GAAP standards;

• Revenue recognition processing;

• Monthly budget vs. actual (BVA) analysis;

• Cash flow forecasts for the upcoming quarte;

• Construct budget, follow-up and control, manage cash flow, etc;

• Prepare the quarterly reports for the Israel Innovation Authority;

• Manage accounting team under the CFO supervision;

What we're looking for:

Certified CPA — required

Big 4 alumnus/alumna — required

Good English - required

Experience as an Assistant Controller — required

Background in outsourced accounting services — significant advantage

Strong Excel skills - — required

Familiarity with Priority & QuickBooks — advantage

Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
