The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the company, it's affiliates, and subsidiaries' accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting other tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to product clear financial reports. Candidate will be responsible for minor back-office needs such as employee phone plans, travel insurance, vendor relations, purchase of office equipment, company email management, and the like.

Responsibilities

Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
Provide regular financial reports
Responsible for general ledger, compiling management accounts, trial balance, financial statements, and assist auditors as may be needed
Monitor accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely processing of payroll and related government taxes and related expenses
Assist with various vendors (e.g. phone and medical plans for travel, purchase of office equipment as may be needed, etc.) and minor back office matters (employee email management, benefit relations, etc)
