About Fullpath Fullpath is an AI-first SaaS company transforming the automotive industry. We help dealerships activate their data through AI-powered tools that drive real revenue. Series B, product-led, Israel-based with a growing global team — and we're building at the cutting edge of LLMs and dealership data.

The Role You'll manage and evolve our tech stack, with a heavy focus on Salesforce, working cross-functionally with teams across the company. You'll report to our VP Operations and collaborate closely with the wider Business Applications team.

What you'll do:

• Own our Salesforce implementation — configuration, customization, complex workflows, reporting, and integrations with third-party systems
• Lead and develop a team — prioritize work, delegate effectively, and help your people grow
• Partner with department leaders to ensure our tools reflect real business needs and maximize efficiency
• Drive data hygiene and build automations/validations to keep our CRM clean and reliable
• Guide integrations across our stack, working with REST APIs and integration platforms
• Oversee documentation, training, and system architecture decisions
• Manage timelines and stakeholder communication across multiple workstreams

What we're looking for:

• ~5 years in a Business Applications Manager, Solutions Architect, Salesforce Manager, or similar role
• ~5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (configuration, workflows, reporting, custom objects)
• ~3 years in a SaaS environment, in a function tied to the customer journey (Marketing, Sales, CS, Ops)
• Experience managing a team — you've had direct reports and owned their growth, not just coordinated work
• Experience with REST APIs and managing third-party integrations
• Startup experience — you're comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast
• Track record of implementing a full CRM module or core business system from the ground up
• Excellent English communication skills; Hebrew is a plus
