International Account Manager (Customer Success / Key Accounts)

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced International Account Manager to manage strategic global customers and complex aerospace programs.

This role requires full ownership of customer accounts, including commercial, operational, logistics, and quality coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily communication with international customers, including updates, reporting, and issue resolution
• Lead regular customer meetings to track deliveries, production status, and critical issues
• Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and subcontractors
• Handle urgent requests and expedite orders in real time
• Work closely with Planning, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain
• Track delivery performance, open issues, and customer programs 

Requirements (Must)

• Bachelor’s degree – mandatory
• Proven experience in account / program management in an industrial environment
• Very high level of English (spoken and written) – mandatory
• Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and production processes
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, data analysis, reporting) – mandatory
• High proficiency in PowerPoint
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
