Company Description

Hawk Aviation, part of the Union Group, is a fast-growing global company specializing in the trading of aviation spare parts. The company operates in international markets with a strong focus on efficiency, reliability, and growth.

Role Description

  • Oversee and manage global financial and cash flow activities
  • Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and support business decision-making
  • Prepare financial statements and tax reports; liaise with external auditors
  • Lead the implementation of financial systems and interfaces; drive process improvements and efficiencies
  • Manage monthly and annual closing processes
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and commissions

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in a large company / organization
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), trained at a Big 4 / leading accounting firm
  • High level of English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience leading financial-technological processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial systems, and ERP systems
  • Experience working with international stakeholders – significant advantage
  • Experience in international taxation – advantage
