Senior Hardware Engineer - Digital Beamforming & Power (Board Design)

Key Responsibilities (Core):

🔸Lead end-to-end board design (architecture → production)

🔸Design high-speed digital systems (FPGA, complex interfaces)

🔸Develop Digital Beamforming architectures (antenna control in the digital domain)

🔸Design power supply circuits (AC/DC, DC/DC), including control, filtering, and protection

🔸Perform bring-up, debugging, and validation of complex boards

Additional Responsibilities:

🔸Work with SI/PI and thermal considerations in high-performance systems

🔸Collaborate closely with RF, antenna, FPGA, algorithms, and embedded teams

🔸Participate in component selection, design reviews, and system integration

Requirements (Must Have):

🔸B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering

🔸10+ years of hands-on experience in hardware development

🔸Proven experience in Board Design of complex electronic systems

🔸Strong experience with FPGA-based systems and high-speed digital interfaces

🔸Significant experience in Digital Beamforming (e.g., radar systems, automotive radar, communication systems)

Nice to Have:

🔸Solid understanding of antenna systems and RF-related considerations

🔸Experience with power supply design (AC/DC, DC/DC)

🔸Strong knowledge of Signal Integrity (SI) and system-level design considerations

🔸Experience with bring-up, lab debugging, and validation

🔸Hands-on experience with MATLAB (for system modeling and analysis)

🔸Experience with EMC-compliant design and simulations (SI/PI)
