Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a proactive Senior Business Analyst who acts as a strategic partner, owning key analytical domains and translating data into actionable insights that influence product, sales, and operational strategy. In this role, you will work closely with PMs, engineers, data scientists, stakeholders, and GM to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and drive measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate thrives on end-to-end ownership from exploring data and uncovering opportunities to delivering clear, actionable recommendations and ensuring execution. You will combine strong analytical skills, business acumen, and influence to shape strategy, optimize performance, and enable cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced, digital marketplace.

What You Will Be Doing

• Own analytical initiatives end-to-end, from discovery through execution and impact measurement
• Don't just report the news; make the news. Proactively identify business/product gaps and prescribe specific, data backed solutions to the leadership team
• Identify growth opportunities, optimize revenue streams, and propose data-driven strategies
• Develop and maintain pricing and opportunity analyses, turning insights into strategic decisions and measurable business impact.
• Build the "Cockpit" for the business: design and maintain the core operational dashboards that serve as the single source of truth for the entire vertical using SQL, Excel, and BI platforms (Power BI, Databricks, etc.)
• Partner directly with the GM and leadership to transform high-level business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable, data-driven strategic plans.
• Lead cross-functional projects with full ownership and act as a force multiplier: influence stakeholders, challenge assumptions with data, and drive cross-functional alignment to ensure execution
• Prepare and present insights in a compelling way for business reviews and strategic discussions
  
  

• 5+ years in a data-driven role, ideally within digital products, marketplaces, or e-commerce
• Strong analytical instincts and business judgment, paired with hands-on experience in SQL, Excel, and BI tools
• Independent, proactive, and capable of driving projects from idea to execution
• Excellent communicator with a strong backbone: able to tell a story with data, challenge leadership, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex organizational dynamics
• Flexible and adaptable, able to quickly learn new tools and navigate evolving data infrastructure and analytics environments
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
