Senior Software Engineer Team Leader

Responsibilities:

Lead the design of reliable, high‑quality solutions that align with business needs.

Guide teams through complex technical decisions and high‑risk challenges.

Evaluate new technologies and aid in integrating said technologies across the organization.

Review architecture and project designs, offering clear, actionable improvement suggestions.

Mentor engineers and encourage creative, thoughtful problem‑solving.

Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and leadership to deliver impactful features.

Drive the development of scalable, efficient systems and improve overall performance.

Tackle complex technical issues across applications, infrastructure, and data workflows.

Identify areas for improvement and champion continuous refinement of the engineering stack

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.

10+ years of software engineering experience

2+ years with leadership responsibilities.

Proficiency in Hebrew and English.

Strong skills in Python, Java, Golang, and JavaScript.

Deep knowledge of software design, development methods, and system integration.

Experience building CI/CD pipelines.

Understanding of cloud security, including IAM, firewalls, VPNs, and networking.

Experience designing and operating scalable, distributed systems.

Proven ability to shape technical roadmaps and influence stakeholders.

Good to have:
Cloud Infrastructure, Full Stack Development, DevOps, Microservices Fluency, Release Management, Distributed Computing, User Experience (UX), Development Fundamentals, Cross Domain Knowledge, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, Python/Bash scripting.
