What you will do:

This is a critical role for the revenue growth of the Israeli GPS team. The main objective for this role is to be the expert matter of the Global Payments Solutions (GPS) products and drive new revenue streams by positioning of GPS transactional suite of products effectively from sale to implantation. The position contributes directly to revenues, competitiveness of the bank and relies on exceptional execution and implementation of HSBC’s strategic goals in Israel.

In this role you will:

• Manage, end-to-end, the GPS sales cycle for HSBC in Israel.

• Sell GPS products to clients in Israel and in other countries in which HSBC is present.

• Manage on-going relationships with existing customer to ensure customers' satisfaction as well as to increase up-sale opportunities.

• Liaise, interact and support Customer Groups locally, regionally, and globally keeping relevant parties abreast of Israel market and GPS product developments.

• Be comfortable to manage a broad set of stakeholders alongside a competing set of deadlines.

• Monitor execution and implementation on continuous basis.

• Be performing extensive interaction with functional partners such as GPS Product, Implementation and Client Services onshore and offshore.

You should apply if you have:

• Banking experience, with preferable focus around Transactional products (Payments, Cards, Liquidity Management, Receivables)

• Very strong interpersonal skills to interact appropriately with Client Senior Management

• A result driven attitude and are committed to meet deadlines

• The ability to prioritize tasks, understand and escalate issues, acquire new skills and assist colleagues

• Proficient knowledge of local market regulations

• Excellent communication and written skills in Hebrew & English

• An awareness of SWIFT payment network and local Israeli clearing systems. This would be an advantage.
