In this role, you’ll take full ownership of core FP&A processes — including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and automation. Your insights will directly impact strategic decisions, operational efficiency, and long-term business growth.Reporting to the SVP of Finance, you’ll work cross-functionally to deliver data-driven analysis, build scalable financial infrastructure, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership. This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.Responsibilities:Lead the development and management of financial models, forecasts, and budgets that support the company’s strategic objectivesOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A activities, including variance analysis and KPI trackingProvide strategic insights to senior leadership by analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and enabling data-driven decisionsCollaborate with department heads and business units to assess financial needs and recommend actions to improve results and mitigate risksDevelop and optimize reporting processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and transparencyDesign and maintain BI dashboards that enhance financial visibility and support executive decision-makingConduct market research and industry analysis to uncover growth opportunities, assess alignment with company goals, and provide recommendations based on economic insightsAbout The PositionYou’ll be a great fit if…7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) – requiredStrong understanding of financial statements, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheetProven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecastingExceptional analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insightsProficiency in financial tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, NetSuite, and BI platformsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial data for diverse stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence financial decision-makingStrong multitasking capabilities; able to prioritize, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentHigh proficiency in Excel and PowerPointPassion for AI, data, and innovationBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field – requiredPreferred QualificationsProficiency in SQL, with the ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasetsExperience with data visualization tools and advanced financial analysis techniquesFamiliarity with economic modeling, market sizing, and competitive analysisInnovative mindset with a strong interest in market research and strategic development
