Senior Product Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a passionate Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join our team. You’ll shape our core product positioning, support our go-to-market strategy, and partner cross-functionally with product, AI, sales, and business development teams.

This is a high-impact role for a PMM who thrives at the intersection of deep storytelling, technical understanding, and B2G sales enablement. You’re energized by translating cutting edge AI capabilities into sharp, mission-focused narratives — and you move fast in high-trust, high-stakes environments.

What You’ll Do

Sales enablement

• Create compelling case studies, sales decks, battle cards, demo videos, and various other sales collateral, including adding and updating key sections of our website, to showcase Airis’ value to prospective customers.
• Utilize relevant service providers and genAI tools efficiently.

Market and competitive research

• Define and evolve clear positioning and messaging for our offering.
• Collaborate with Product, AI, Sales and Business Development teams to gather customer insights and help shape roadmap direction.

Events

• Provide support and potentially represent Airis Labs at global industry events, webinars, and key customer meetings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product marketing, within B2G, defence or national security-focused companies.
• Vast knowledge in at least one of the following domains is required: OSINT, fusion, or digital forensics — including familiarity gained through professional work or military/intelligence service
• Proven ability to turn complex technical workflows into clear, value-driven narratives.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong project management abilities to drive initiatives from ideation to full execution.
• English- Native-level,
