Regulatory Affairs Specialist | Cosmetics,Supplements & MD

We are a premier importer of international high-end Cosmetics, Food Supplements, and Medical Devices. We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist who is more than just a coordinator—we need a "problem-solver" to lead our compliance strategy. You will be the vital link between global innovation and the Israeli market, ensuring our premium portfolio meets the highest Ministry of Health (MOH) standards.

• End-to-End Registration: Navigate the full lifecycle of MOH registrations, including AMAR (Medical Devices), Supplements (Import Permits), and Cosmetics (New Regulation & RP duties).
• Global Supplier Interface: Partner with international manufacturers to audit technical files (COA, MSDS, GMP, ISO) for Israeli compliance.
• Compliance Strategy: Approve Hebrew labeling and marketing claims, ensuring they remain 100% compliant without losing the brand’s premium "voice."
• Supply Chain Synergy: Collaborate with logistics to ensure all regulatory documentation is in place for seamless customs clearance and rapid market entry.

• Experience: 2+ years of proven, hands-on Regulatory Affairs experience within an import-based business.
• Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Israeli "New Cosmetics Regulation" and notification process.
• Technical Versatility: Solid experience in at least two of our core fields (Cosmetics, Supplements, or AMAR). We will provide specific training on the third category for the right expert.
• Language & Logic: Professional fluency in Hebrew & English. You must be comfortable interpreting complex technical data and manufacturer files.
