Director of IT & Security

The Role & Responsibilities-

• Executive Leadership: Managing a global department of 9 professionals (including Team Leads and remote support engineers) across multiple international sites.
• Hybrid Infrastructure Management: Overseeing a complex environment of On-Prem and Cloud (AWS) infrastructures, with full responsibility for 24/7 Production environments.
• Security & Compliance: Defining and enforcing global IT security standards, processes, and protocols to protect corporate and customer data.
• Strategic Planning: Leading high-level architecture for networks and infrastructures, budget management, and cost optimization (with a focus on AWS efficiency).
• Vendor & Lifecycle Management: Negotiating and managing relationships with global vendors, technology partners, and service providers.
• Hands-on Impact: Maintaining a 30% Hands-on presence, providing expert-level support for hundreds of global users and mission-critical systems.

Requirements-

• 10 years of professional experience in the IT domain – Mandatory.
• 5 years leading an IT department or a significant organizational unit – Mandatory.
• Deep experience managing Windows-based infrastructures at scale across multiple global sites – Mandatory.
• Proficiency in managing Mac environments and relevant MDM tools (e.g., Jamf) – Mandatory.
• Strong familiarity with Web and Database servers (primarily Windows-based).
• Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage stakeholders at the executive level.
