System Engineer

Located in Ra'anana, the company offers a professional work environment with a hybrid model (1-2 days WFH).

Responsibilities-

• E2E Architecture Ownership: Defining and maintaining the technical solutions and system architecture across Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, Mobile, and Backend components.
• Requirement Engineering: Translating high-level product visions into detailed system and hardware specifications, ensuring a cohesive technological roadmap.
• Interface Management: Defining complex interfaces between Hardware, Firmware, RF, Audio, and Mobile SW to ensure seamless integration.
• Performance Optimization: Guaranteeing peak performance in critical areas: Connectivity, Audio Quality, System Robustness, and Power Consumption.
• Risk & Lifecycle Management: Leading POCs, managing technical risks, and overseeing compliance and validation processes from inception to mass production.
• Technical Leadership: Driving system integration, leading cross-functional design reviews, and synchronizing technical activities between Hardware, RF, and Software teams.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science – Mandatory.
• 7 years of experience in System Engineering for complex Embedded products – Mandatory.
• Deep, hands-on experience in Wireless Systems (Bluetooth/RF) and Audio technologies – Mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Hardware Design, Mechanical constraints, and Embedded Firmware – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in defining system requirements and managing complex, system-level failures across HW/SW boundaries.
• Fluent English and the ability to lead technical discussions in a global environment.
