As an HR Business Analyst, you will join a forward-thinking HR team undergoing transformation, acting as a vital partner. You will bridge the gap between people data and business performance, working in close collaboration with the HR Team.
In this role, you will provide predictive analytics you will focus on providing analytics to support our global rewards strategy, ensuring our workforce frameworks are competitive, equitable, and grounded in actionable insights that scale with our global growth.
Your Impact & Responsibilities
- Analyze and provide insights into people related data combining compensation, performance, development and potential data to identify “at risk” populations where data backed intervention strategies should be taken
- Conduct market analysis across countries to ensure our compensation positioning remains competitive within the cybersecurity landscape including compa-ratio analysis and pay equity.
- Manage the data integrity of people analytics including employee life cycle, compensation data, and performance.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure HR data frameworks meet internal standards and local statutory requirements across all jurisdictions.
- Support our global job framework, ensuring consistent leveling, job accuracy and data analytics.
- Provide data-driven oversight for critical HR pillars, focusing heavily on the technical management of compensation reviews and annual workforce planning.
- Translate data sets and rewards metrics into clear, high-impact visualizations and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Your Knowledge & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in HR Analytics, Business Analysis, or Compensation & Benefits, with demonstrated exposure to HR functions, processes, and data in a global environment.
- Advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets, complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
- Expert-level capability in compensation modelling, financial modeling, and the ability to connect raw data to business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of international rewards data, including varied regional compliance needs and market nuances.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex rewards data into professional guidance for leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree from a leading university in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
