The Opportunity

Are you an energetic marketing professional ready to lead? Cottage Plastic Ltd. is looking for a Hands-on Team Lead to drive our marketing activities and expand our global reach. We are a lean, successful company, and we need a "Doer" who can manage our existing team and help us open new markets.

What You Will Do

• Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate the daily work of our internal marketing team (2 specialists) to ensure all projects and sales goals are met.
• International Sales Support: Lead the marketing efforts for new global markets. You will create the tools and strategies that help us sell more.
• Product Involvement (R&D): Work directly with the CEO on market research and the development of new product lines. Your market insights will help shape our future products.
• Marketing Execution: Be a "Player-Coach"—from writing catalogs to managing branding projects, you are involved in every step.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development (Experience with physical products/Retail is a plus).
• English: Native or near-native level (written and spoken) for high-level international communication.
• Leadership: A natural ability to organize, push projects forward, and lead a small team by example.
• Office-Based: Full-time presence at our office, Afula Northern Israel is required. No remote work.
• Proactive Mindset: Someone who looks for opportunities and makes them happen.
