We are looking for a Shift Technician for an international energy company located in Kiryat Gat.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate, control, and maintain a variety of energy production facilities to ensure compliance with customer pipeline requirements and maintain production reliability in line with agreed budget targets.
- Work in a shift-based schedule to provide 24/7 site coverage.
- Collaborate with the ROC (Remote Operation Center) in monitoring and operating the plant, and support performance improvement initiatives.
- Serve as an emergency technician for on-site and off-site incidents, assisting the event manager in executing emergency response plans as required.
- Perform routine work in a control room, monitoring indicators such as temperature and air pressure.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of safety regulations in an industrial environment.
Requirements:
- Certification or academic degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Materials Engineering.
- Very high level of English.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Availability for 24/7 shift work.
- Solid basic understanding of sanitary, health, safety, and operational environmental regulations.
- Experience working in a production team within a process plant – an advantage.
This is a full-time position with shift work.
