Strategy & Insights Research Manager
We are looking for a sharp, strategic, and proactive Strategy & Insights Research Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading marketing research—with a core focus on quantitative data—and transforming complex data into actionable business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Execute Market Research: Manage end-to-end marketing research projects, primarily focusing on quantitative methodologies (the core of the role).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with diverse stakeholders, including Marketing, Operations, Legal, Trade, and more.
- Strategic Translation: Translate business needs into focused research questions and objectives.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Perform deep-dive data analysis to formulate strategic recommendations and impactful insights.
- Business Strategy Integration: Bridge the gap between research findings and the overall business strategy.
- High-Level Storytelling: Create and deliver executive-level presentations to showcase insights and strategic initiatives.
- Innovation & Technology: Drive the use of innovative research tools, advanced methodologies, and cutting-edge technologies.
- Critical Thinking: Challenge the status quo by asking smart questions and raising relevant strategic points at every stage of the process.
Requirements & Qualifications (Must-Have):
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in marketing research (Research Agency experience – a significant advantage).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Sciences, or a related field (Mandatory). Master’s degree – an advantage.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven experience working with multiple internal and external interfaces.
- Methodological Expertise: Deep understanding of quantitative, sensory, and qualitative research, including experience managing external vendors.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to articulate business conclusions and make complex information accessible and clear.
- Technical Proficiency: High level of expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Soft Skills: A proactive, independent, and sharp mindset. Strong strategic thinking combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
