In this role you will

Own all system engineering activities across the project lifecycle

Analyze customer needs and translate them into clear engineering

Requirements

Work with development teams to design complex system architecture

Prepare and participate in requirements and design reviews with stakeholders

Serve as Product Owner in agile teams responsible for developing and testing software products

Lead integration and testing of software and hardware, including hands‑on technical work

Deploy solutions at customer sites

Requirements

BSc in Software Engineering or Computer Science

At least 3 years of experience in software development

Experience in software project management or software system engineering

Experience with Agile methodology - advantage

High proficiency in English and Hebrew, spoken and written

Willingness to travel abroad

Strong leadership in a matrix environment, excellent communication skills and system thinking
