Business Valuation Analyst / Appraiser (Remote)

409a-valuation.com is a growing financial advisory firm specializing in 409A valuations. We're looking for a talented, technical, detail-oriented valuation professional to join our team remotely.

What we're looking for:

• CVA, ABV, ASA, CFA or equivalent valuation credential (or actively pursuing one)
• 5 years experience preparing 409A, business, or intangible asset valuations
• Solid understanding of SSVS, USPAP, and IRC Section 409A requirements
• Strong analytical and written communication skills — our reports are client-facing and need to be both rigorous and readable
• Comfort working with AI-assisted tools in a modern valuation workflow
• Self-motivated and able to deliver high-quality work independently in a remote environment

Nice to have: Experience with startup clients, equity compensation, or transfer pricing engagements.
