Located in a prime Tel Aviv tech hub (adjacent to a train station), the company fosters a professional culture with a hybrid work model (2 days WFH).
Responsibilities-
- Model Production: Designing, implementing, and scaling DL and ML models within a high-traffic production environment to drive campaign efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Serving as a Tech Lead / Scrum Master, guiding architectural decisions, mentoring engineers, and ensuring high-velocity execution.
- Large-Scale Data Processing: Engineering and optimizing distributed data workflows using Spark or Flink to handle massive data streams.
- End-to-End Ownership: Taking features from the research phase through to deployment, ensuring model robustness and system reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with Product and Engineering teams to translate complex business challenges into actionable AI-driven features.
Requirements-
- 3 years of professional experience in Machine Learning, with a proven track record of deploying models in Production – Mandatory.
- 2 years of experience in technical leadership (Tech Lead / Scrum Master) – Mandatory.
- Deep proficiency in Python and SQL – Mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with distributed computing frameworks such as Spark or Flink – Mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the entire ML lifecycle, from data engineering to model monitoring.
