Responsibilities-

• Team Leadership & Growth: Managing and mentoring a core team of senior engineers, fostering technical excellence and a "delivery-first" mindset.
• Core Backend Development: Leading the architectural design and high-performance implementation of services using Go.
• Cloud-Native Architecture: Architecting and scaling a robust, secure backend within an extensive AWS ecosystem.
• Infrastructure & Scale: Overseeing the deployment and orchestration of complex, distributed services utilizing Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).
• From Research to Product: Collaborating with the founding team to translate groundbreaking technological research into scalable, production-ready enterprise applications.

Requirements-

• Engineering Seniority: At least 8 years of professional experience in Backend development with a strong architectural foundation – Mandatory.
• Leadership Pedigree: Minimum of 3 years in a management role (Team Lead or Engineering Manager) – Mandatory.
• Go Proficiency: At least 2-3 years of deep hands-on experience in Go – Mandatory.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Proven track record in building production environments on AWS, including expertise in Docker and Kubernetes – Mandatory.
• Deep-Tech Affinity: The ability to thrive in a research-intensive environment that values rigorous engineering and innovative problem-solving.
