System Administrator Team Lead

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring for a leading company in Ramat Gan.

This role includes leading the systems and support team, with responsibility for the day-to-day operation, stability, and availability of systems in Azure and On-Prem environments. The position also includes ownership of organizational IT infrastructure, handling complex incidents, leading RCA processes, defining team procedures and standards, and leading infrastructure projects end-to-end.

The role is also hands-on and includes installations, configuration, troubleshooting, and implementation of advanced infrastructure solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience managing an infrastructure / systems team in a mid-sized organization
• Willingness to work hands-on
• Proven experience in hybrid cloud and On-Prem environments
• Proven experience leading complex infrastructure projects from planning through production
• Proven experience defining team procedures and professional standards
• Proactive mindset, accountability, and teamwork skills
